What is TEA?
The Entrepreneur Academy (TEA) is an entrepreneurial program tailored for Middle School and High School students curious and interested in exploring the world of business and entrepreneurship. The TEA initiative offers mentorship from seasoned entrepreneurs and experienced business leaders and exposes students to the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship. The program provides a comprehensive, holistic, business-focused curriculum. Students participate in topic-driven sessions, comprising lectures, interactive discussions, and practical hands-on activities, fostering collaboration and camaraderie.

What differentiates TEA from other programs is its blend of local mentorship and global networking. Through personalized coaching from mentors in their own communities, students receive tailored support. The TEA Silicon Valley Trip is an annual excursion that provides students with an exclusive opportunity to explore the heart and birthplace of the tech industry. This one-day trip takes us to Silicon Valley, where we have previously visited prestigious companies and campuses including Microsoft, Qualcomm, Lightspeed Ventures, Google, NVIDIA, and the Hoover Institute at Stanford University. It's an enriching, transformative experience that immerses students in the innovation and expertise of these industry giants, creating an educational adventure unmatched by any other.
TYE Global Competition
The TYE Global Final Competition is an annual event that brings together TYE chapters worldwide. Winners from various regions compete in a "shark-tank-style" showdown for cash prizes, mentoring, and investor exposure through pitching, Q&A sessions, and networking events. Beyond presenting and showcasing innovative concepts, the competition serves as a wellspring of inspiration, motivation, and encouragement for the next generation of purpose-driven entrepreneurs.
