Susan Miller

Susan Miller is the Chairman for our TEA Golf Tournament Fundraiser Event, while she is a new member to the TEA community she has a wealth of non-profit board experience. Over the past seven years she has held Board and Advisory positions on a number of Regional and National Human Resources as well as community non-profits including Poway High Music Boosters, SHRM, NHRA, and Poway Foundation. Susan's specialty is in delivering creative options for Ways and Means Fundraising that lead to unique opportunities for the members of the non-profits she supports. In addition to her non-profit work, Susan is a Human Resources Executive with extensive expertise in building business and people infrastructure for rapid growth start-ups. She has deep technical knowledge in compensation, performance management, change leadership and driving results. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University and holds several certifications including SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR and WorldAtWork-CCP. Susan resides in Poway, California.
