What Is It?

The Entrepreneur Academy (TEA) is a program for students in Middle School and High School interested in exploring the world of business and entrepreneurship. TEA's hands-on program offers mentorship, exposes students to the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship, and provides a comprehensive business-focused curriculum. Students engage in topic-driven sessions, including lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities, gaining a deep understanding of entrepreneurship.

What Sets TEA Apart

What sets TEA apart is its local mentoring combined with global connections. Students receive personalized coaching from local mentors while also having the opportunity to connect with TEA chapters worldwide. The program includes a Global Business Plan Competition, allowing students to showcase their entrepreneurial skills on an international stage.

The TEA Silicon Valley Trip is an annual day excursion that provides students with an exclusive opportunity to delve into the heart of the tech industry. This day trip takes us to Silicon Valley, where we've previously visited renowned destinations such as the Microsoft Campus, Qualcomm, Lightspeed Ventures, Google Campus, NVIDIA Campus, and the Hoover Institute at Stanford University. It's an enriching experience that exposes students to the innovation and expertise of these industry giants, making it an educational adventure like no other.

TYE Global Competition

The TYE Global Final Competition is an annual event that brings together TYE chapters worldwide. Winners from various regions compete "shark-tank-style" in the finals for cash prizes, mentoring, and investor exposure through pitching, Q&A sessions, and networking events. Beyond showcasing innovative concepts, the competition serves as a source of inspiration and support for the next generation of purpose-driven entrepreneurs.

Student Eligibility

The Entrepreneur Academy (TEA) welcomes Middle School and High School students with a passion for delving into the realm of business and entrepreneurship. TEA's program is tailored to accommodate the aspirations of young minds eager to explore the entrepreneurial world. Eligibility extends to students who desire mentorship, wish to uncover the intricacies of entrepreneurship, and are keen to immerse themselves in a comprehensive business-oriented curriculum. TEA's engaging approach includes topic-driven sessions, encompassing lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities, designed to equip students with a profound understanding of entrepreneurship and foster their entrepreneurial spirit.
