TiE
TiE South Coast, formed in 2000, is a non-profit community welcoming entrepreneurs from San Diego and surrounding areas. The chapter's goal is to foster entrepreneurship within the community. We believe in creating a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem through mentoring, networking, and education.
TYE
TiE was founded in Silicon Valley in 1992 by a group of successful entrepreneurs and is currently the world's largest entrepreneurial organization. With programs like TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TYE) and Mentor Match, TiE is reaching out and fostering the next generation of entrepreneurs. Everyone is welcome to join!

The Entrepreneur Academy & TiE Young Entrepreneurs
TiE South Coast’s Young Entrepreneurs (TYE) program began in 2011 with just over a dozen students. TiE South Coast is one of 66 chapters worldwide dedicated to fostering entrepreneurial skills in youth through mentoring, networking, and education. The Entrepreneur Academy (TEA) was launched in 2020 to administer TiE South Coast’s TYE program, serving over 150 students virtually during the pandemic. Moving forward all programming will be under the TEA umbrella.
